eth2 quick update no. 14

Ethereum 2.0's Medalla testnet is scheduled to launch on August 4th at 1pm UTC, marking a crucial milestone in Ethereum's transition to proof-of-stake. A new multi-client attacknet has also been deployed with enhanced challenges and increased bug bounties to stress-test the network.
