eth2 quick update no. 5

Ethereum 2.0 development reaches a significant milestone as Parity's Shasper client joins Prysmatic's Sapphire testnet, creating the first public multi-client eth2 testnet. Multiple block explorers including Bitfly's beaconcha.in and Etherscan have launched to support eth2, while the first dedicated networking call was held to address networking challenges.
