Mekong Testnet Announcement

Ethereum launches Mekong testnet, the first short-lived testnet for the upcoming Pectra fork. The testnet includes all proposed EIPs for Pectra, featuring UX improvements through EIP-7702 and staking changes, following successful interoperability events and four development networks.
