dtcpay raised $10M in Series A funding led by Temasek-backed Vertex Ventures to expand into European markets and grow stablecoin payment services. The company secured a Luxembourg EMI license for regulated payment services across the EEA and already holds licenses in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, the US, and Canada.
