Sepolia Merge Announcement

Sepolia testnet announced as the second of three public testnets to undergo The Merge transition from proof-of-work to proof-of-stake. The network will transition when total difficulty exceeds 17,000,000,000,000,000, with updated client releases for go-ethereum and Erigon modified on July 5, 2022.
