Eth2 at ETHWaterloo: Prizes for Eth2 education, tooling, and research

The Ethereum Foundation is sponsoring Eth2-related hacker prizes at ETHWaterloo hackathon for the first time. With Eth2 development advancing rapidly, there are now various discrete work areas that hackathon teams can tackle over a weekend.
