AI startup sues ex-CEO, saying he took 41GB of email and lied on résumé

AI startup Hayden AI has filed a lawsuit against its former CEO, alleging theft of 41GB of company emails and falsification of his résumé credentials. The lawsuit also claims the co-founder improperly sold over $1.2 million worth of company stock.
