The Burden of Proof(s): Code Merkleization

The Stateless Ethereum research initiative has experienced slower development in late 2020 due to pandemic-related disruptions. However, this work on code Merkleization and stateless client technology will become increasingly important as Ethereum approaches the Eth1/Eth2 merge.
