Security Alert – [Implementation bug in Go clients causing increase in difficulty – Fixed – Miners check and update Go clients]
A critical implementation bug in Go client versions v1.0.x and v1.1.x is causing difficulty to increase steadily regardless of actual hashing power. All miners using affected Go client versions need to immediately check and update their software to prevent continued network disruption.
