Olympic: Frontier Pre-Release

Ethereum announces the release of Olympic: Frontier Pre-Release, marking the ninth and final version in the Ethereum Proof-of-Concept series that began in February 2014. The community is invited to participate in the ongoing Proof-of-Concept IX testnet as Ethereum approaches its mainnet launch.
