From Unstructured Recall to Schema-Grounded Memory: Reliable AI Memory via Iterative, Schema-Aware Extraction
Researchers propose a schema-grounded approach to AI memory that treats persistent storage as a system of record rather than a search problem, using iterative extraction with validation gates.
