Trillion Dollar Security - Phase 2

The Trillion Dollar Security project enters Phase 2, moving from ecosystem assessment to actively addressing the highest priority security issues across all layers of the Ethereum stack. The initiative has completed its survey phase and is now beginning implementation of improvements based on community feedback.
