Social Reasoning in Machines: Investigating Collective Truth-Seeking Dynamics in Large Language Model Debate
Researchers demonstrate that large language models engaged in multi-agent debate can achieve superior truth-seeking performance by leveraging collective reasoning dynamics similar to human argumentative discourse.
