Announcing The Devconnect Istanbul Scholars Program

Ethereum's Devconnect announces its first-ever Scholars Program to provide financial support for underrepresented individuals to attend the Istanbul conference in November 2023. Applications are open until July 23rd, 2023, targeting geographically and demographically underrepresented communities in the Ethereum ecosystem.
