The Ethereum Foundation and Wanxiang Blockchain Labs announced a joint International Blockchain Week event in Shanghai from September 19-24, 2016, combining Devcon2 and the 2nd Global Blockchain Summit. The event took place at Hyatt on the Bund and follows both organizations' previously sold-out conferences.
